This year’s Gawler Show will be held Saturday 25th & Sunday the 26th of August 2018.

The Gawler Show is well supported by the community with last years event attracting over 23,000 people from the local district and wider community. The annual Show is an ideal venue to sell your products and as such you are invited to tender for catering at the 2018 Gawler Show.

Prior to submitting your tender for the 2018 Gawler Show please note that the Gawler A, H & F Society have an exclusivity agreement with Coca-Cola Amatil. As the beverage sponsor of the Gawler Show, Coca-Cola Amatil will have exclusive supply rights and it is expected that all caterer orders will be placed with them. More information will be provided to successful applicants.

Please be advised that a separate Catering Tender Application Form must be completed for each site.

COFFEE – Please note that a separate tender application form will need to be completed for all Espresso Coffee – no instant coffee is to be sold. You cannot tender for coffee and catering on the same application. If you required further clarification then please contact the office.

Tenders close at 5pm Friday 1st June 2018 and all applications can be submitted to the Show Office via email, in person or mail. No guarantee is given that previous success will mean automatic acceptance in 2018. If successful, your location will be allocated depending on your footprint size, other applicants and availability of space. No site will be guaranteed regardless of locations in previous years.
