The 2024 AGM will be held at Nixon’s Track Side Function Room on Wednesday the 13th of March from 6.30pm. All are welcome to attend. No nominations will be taken from the floor.

Becoming a member of the Gawler AH&F Society has many benefits, you not only become part of the community at the Gawler AH&F Society….
The Gawler Show understands there are many different people/organisations that would like to support the Gawler Show by becoming a member and for this reason we have updated our Membership types:
FAMILY $50 –
2 adults and 3 children tickets valid for 1 day entry
ADULT $30 –
2 tickets valid for 1 day entry
BUSINESS NEW $65 – Must have a valid ABN
4 tickets valid for 1 day entry
Outdoor Competitor (previously Livestock)
$15 – adult ticket valid for 1 day entry
$8 – child ticket valid for 1 day entry
ADDITIONAL MEMBER TICKETS
(NOT AVAILABLE WITH OUTDOOR COMPETITION)
$15 – Adult ticket valid for 1 day entry
$8 – child ticket valid for 1 day entry
Membership Benefits
Membership entitles you to:
- Tickets
- Voting rights at the AGM
NOTE: Membership year is valid from 1 July to 30 June the following year.
Annual membership must be purchased prior to the commencement of the Show if attending that years show. Member tickets close on the Tuesday at 11:59pm prior to the show. Any memberships purchased after this time will not receive tickets to the show and you will receive voting rights only.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held in February/March of each year.
Members will be notified at least 28 days prior to the meeting.
