Are you a food or beverage vendor interested in showcasing at the Gawler Show? We’d love to hear from you — it’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with thousands of visitors.

Food vendor applications are subject to an approval process, as we have a limited number of sites and aim to provide a diverse range of food options that cater to a variety of dietary requirements. Applications are assessed to ensure variety across the event.

Important Information

The Gawler Show reserves the right to refuse any application.

Where an application is not accepted, any payments made will be fully refunded.

All applications must be submitted via the myShow Portal, our NEW online application system. Applicants will be required to create an account to access and submit applications.

Exhibitor FAQ

Quick answers for common exhibitor questions.

You can apply for market stall sites, food vendor sites, beverage sites (including stalls within the liquor-licensed area), and community or non-profit stalls. If you’re unsure which category best fits your stall, select the closest option and include details in the notes section of your application.
Power is available for some sites and must be requested as part of your application. Availability depends on location and demand. If you require power, please ensure this is selected during the application process so it can be assessed early. Power is provided at an additional cost.
Sites are allocated based on availability, safety requirements, and site type. While we make every effort to accommodate preferences, final site placement is determined and confirmed by the Show team.
Yes, if you would like to have sites in different areas, During step 2 of the process you can add different site locations, in the site notes just note you have 2 seperate sites
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Show team. If further information is required, we will contact you. Successful applicants will receive confirmation along with bump-in and event details.
