I didn’t receive my ticket email — what do I do?

First check spam/junk and search your inbox for the show name. If you still can’t find it, contact us and include the email address used at checkout and (if you have it) your booking reference.

Can I use a screenshot to enter?

Yes — as long as the QR code is clear and readable. Turn your screen brightness up before scanning.

What if I bought multiple tickets?

Each ticket has its own QR code to scan. If you’re arriving separately, share the relevant ticket QR codes with each person.

Can I get a refund or change my date?

Refunds and changes are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the ticket type purchased. If you contact us with your booking details, we’ll confirm what options are available.
