The Gawler Show is proud to partner with the Showmen’s Guild of South Australia to bring an exciting range of rides and attractions to the Show each year.

Traveling Show men and women have been supporting Country Shows all over Australia for many years. In South Australia the Showmen’s Guild was formed in 1936 with almost 100% of current Guild members being descendants of original members.

The Guild members supply amusement rides and sideshow games to about 30 country shows and many other Fairs and Festivals. The annual country show is the highlight of the year for many towns around South Australia where people can gather together, forget their worries and have a good time. For the Guild members it is a lifestyle choice they wouldn’t have any other way.

So roll up and support the Showmen’s Guild and visit Sideshow Alley and enjoy yourself with a ride or two or win a teddy while experiencing an exciting part of the Gawler Show.
